On-site 5S Management Promotion Group
Responsible for on-site management improvement and inspection and evaluation of each production line, organizing on-site inspections every week, scoring and ranking the sorting, rectification, cleaning, and cleaning, selecting "5S benchmark areas", and urging backward areas to rectify and improve.
Quality System Training Group
Responsible for explaining key requirements of ISO9000 and IATF16949, conducting review analysis based on the company's quality complaint cases over the years, helping employees understand the connotation of standards, master quality tools, and improve compliance awareness and problem prevention capabilities.
Internal and external TOP3 issues sorted out project establishment team
Responsible for sorting out current typical internal and external quality problems and determining the QCC (quality control circle) Improve the theme, form a cross-departmental research team, clarify goals, plans and responsible persons, and concentrate efforts to overcome a number of long-standing "old, big and difficult" problems.
In addition, supporting activities such as quality training and selection of excellent improvement cases will be carried out one after another during the event, encouraging all employees to provide suggestions based on their positions and jointly creating a strong atmosphere of "everyone cares about quality and everyone participates in improvement".
Long-term mechanism: solicitation of rationalization proposals launched
